Lilia Gamez is a flutist, instructor, and clinician in the Houston area.  She currently plays piccolo with the Houston Civic Symphony, and principle flute with Sugar Land Winds. Lilia is currently on the board of directors, faculty and site manager for Floot Fire, Inc. summer flute camps.

She is also the creator of YouTube Channel LiliaGam Flute for the purposes of aiding students in the learning process of region band audition etudes.

Lilia is a member of the National Flute Association and has had the honor of performing at several conventions in years past.

She received a BME and MMA from the University of Houston where her primary teachers were Claire Johnson and Sydney Carlson.
