MARCHING CAMPS BEGIN
APRIL 30, 2024: 5:30pm - 8:30pm
This month begins the introduction to marching band! At our marching camps, students will learn the basic fundamentals of marching and it is an opportunity for all marching band students (new & returning) to meet one another before we begin our marching season. Here is a listed out schedule of our Spring marching camps:
- April 30th: 5:30pm - 8:30pm
- May 6th: 5:30pm - 8:30pm
- May 8th: 5:30pm - 8:30pm
- May 17th: 5:30pm - 8:30pm (Parent Performance @ 7pm)
Reminders for camp:
- Wear - white shirt, athletic shorts, tennis shoes, and a hat
- Bring a personal instrument OR pick up a school instrument at CHS band hall @ 5pm before practice
- Bring a large water jug
SUMMER BAND BEGINS JULY 25, 2024: 7am - 11am
Our summer marching camp days are starting up right before the next school year! We will begin on July 25th from 7am - 11am. Every day after that (except Saturday and Sunday) will be a camp day leading up to the first day of school on August 8th. Here is a listed out schedule of our summer marching camp:
- July 25th: 7am - 11am
- July 26th: 7am - 11am
- July 29th: 7am - 2pm
- July 30th: 7am - 2pm
- July 31st: 7am - 2pm
- August 1st: 3:30pm - 7:30pm
- August 2nd: 3:30pm - 7:30pm
- August 5th: 3:30pm - 7:30pm
- August 6th: 3:30pm - 7:30pm
- August 7th: 8am - 12pm
